Cancellation policy

In case of giving up the booking, the following penalties will be applied:
1-Before 7 days prior to the beginning of your stay: no charge.
2-From 6 days and until 3 days prior to the beginning of your stay: charging of the 50% of the total amount.
3-From 3 days prior to the arrival date: the total amount.
Guests should inform us about the cancellation by fax or e-mail (we do not accept the cancellation by telephone.
However, should the guest not arrive without having cancelled, he/she will be charged the total amount of the reservation. The penalties will be deducted directly from your credit card with a no show operation.
