WHERE TO FIND US, HOW TO REACH US

Our romantic Boutique B&B is set in an ancient palace, which once housed the School of Santo Stefano, the seat of one of the oldest confraternities in the whole of Venice, as the sign on the façade attests.

From our B&B, you can easily walk to some of the city’s most interesting sights, such as St Mark’s Square with its stately Doge’s Palace, the Rialto Bridge and its centuries-old fish market, the world-famous Fenice Theatre with its extensive programme of concerts and operas, and the original Scala Contarini, known as the Bovolo.

ALL THE DIRECTIONS TO GET TO US

From Venice Marco Polo Airport

To reach our boutique B&B from Venice Marco Polo Airport you can take a bus or boat.
Buses belonging to the transport companies ATVO and ACTV are the fastest way to reach Venice, the journey time to Piazzale Roma, in fact, is about 15-20 minutes, while by water with the Alilaguna water service, the journey is about an hour, but it will take you directly into the very heart of Venice.
If you choose to take the boat, the stop to get off at is Sant’Angelo. Once here, proceed on foot to a red brick building, then turn right and cross the bridge over the canal as soon as you turn the corner. Over the bridge, turn left into Calle del Pestrin and follow it to the end. You will find the Church of Santo Stefano in front of you: the entrance to the Bloom and Settimo Cielo B&B is on the opposite side.

From Treviso Antonio Canova Airport

From Treviso Airport there is an ATVO bus service, which will take you to Piazzale Roma. We recommend taking the vaporetto line 1, upon arrival in Piazzale Roma, as far as the Sant’Angelo stop and continue on foot. You will find a tall building made of red bricks in front of you, then turn right and cross the bridge over the canal and enter Calle del Pestrin. Walk down the calle to the Church of Santo Stefano and you will have no difficulty finding the entrance to our B&B: it is right opposite!

From Santa Lucia Station and Piazzale Roma

If you arrive in Venice by train or bus, we would recommend taking the vaporetto line 1 and getting off at the Sant’Angelo stop.
Upon arrival, continue on foot to a red-brick building, then turn right and cross the bridge over the canal keeping to the left, and enter Calle del Pestrin. Walk all the way to the Church of Santo Stefano, the entrance to our B&B is just opposite, next to the pharmacy.

From Piazzale Roma across the Accademia Bridge

Arriving in Piazzale Roma (or at the Santa Lucia station) you can also opt to walk to the Accademia Bridge: one of the bridges crossing the Grand Canal, where every evening thousands of people stop to admire the beautiful sunset over the lagoon.
The walk takes approximately 20 minutes.
From Piazzale Roma follow the signs for the Accademia, crossing Campo Santa Margherita and Campo San Barnaba. Once at the Accademia Bridge, carry on along Campo Santo Stefano to the church of the same name. The front door of our B&B is right there, in front of the church.

From Piazzale Roma to San Tomà (with short gondola transport)

You can also travel to our B&B by gondola, taking the ferry from the Stazio di San Tomà. Follow it from Piazzale Roma to the Papadopoli Bridge and, once you have passed the small Tolentini Bridge, turn left, and continue until you reach the Great School of San Rocco. A few steps away you can also admire the Basilica dei Frari.
From there, take the street next to the Bottega del Caffè Dersut, then turn left and immediately right into Calle del Traghetto. Before the bridge, turn right and at the end of the Fondamenta you will find the gondola station (it costs €2 per person).
When you reach the other side of the Grand Canal, carry on until you find the Church of Santo Stefano at the end of the calle: the entrance to our B&B is right there in front.
