2018 Reopening Palazzo Grassi and Punta della Dogana in Venice
Palazzo Grassi and Punta della Dogana, the main venues of the Pinault Collection in Venice reopen in April 2018 after a period of closure for complete resetting.
And they do it with 2 prominent exhibitions that open on April the 8th to close at the end of 2018 / early 2019.
Palazzo Grassi presents ‘Cows by the Water‘, an exhibition dedicated to the German artist Albert Oehlen, a leading figure in contemporary painting. Until January 6, 2019.
Punta della Dogana presents “Dancing with Myself“, a collective exhibition on self-representation through a wide variety of art languages, from photography to video, from painting to sculpture. Protagonists among others, works by Claude Cahun, LaToya Ruby Frazier, Gilbert & George, Cindy Sherman, Alighiero Boetti, Maurizio Cattelan. Until December 16, 2018.
